Five-star customer Google reviews a reflection of EYG’s commitment to quality products and service

Customer satisfaction at EYG is at a record-breaking high – with repeated five-star Google reviews congratulating all of our branches, departments and teams for their work and service.
Our Google reviews are constantly monitored for their reflection of our level of service – from how our sales staff deal with customers, how polite and tidy our installers are, the quality of our installations and whether customer service calls are handled efficiently and promptly.
EYG, which has been in business for more than 50 years, covers a large geographical area, with large parts of Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire all included – which means our staff travel many hundreds of miles each week to give quotations, survey jobs, and finally install our products or resolve any service issues.
With dozens of jobs each day, from creating a base for a bespoke garden room, constructing a brand new conservatory or fitting a front door - we work hard to maintain very high levels of service.
Domestic sales and marketing director John Waugh says the Google reviews are testament to the level of craftsmanship and professionalism of the entire business, and he has been delighted with the repeated five-star reviews in 2024.
“At EYG we have worked incredibly hard for more than 50 years to establish our reputation as a trusted leader in our industry, but we know you are only ever as good as the here and now, and that’s why every new customer review is hugely important to us,” he said.
“We know we have excellent teams serving our customers at EYG, but of course, from time to time there will be issues to resolve, and that must be done in the right way.
“That is why we reflect upon every job, scrutinise every review and follow up any complaints or issues, no matter how minor, to look at how we can ensure we keep providing the best service, and remain the number one choice for customers in the areas we serve.”
All branches winning praise in 2024
Every single branch across the EYG business has received glowing praise from customers, whether it’s in our Hull branch, Spalding, Lincoln, Nottingham, Doncaster or Scarborough.
“It has been really rewarding to see a trend in 2024 to date of customers being more satisfied than ever, with glowing reviews being posted for each of our branches on a weekly basis,” added Mr Waugh.
“Each department, including sales, installation, and customer service, has been praised in Google reviews, but in the past few months this has been on an unprecedented scale.
“We are truly delighted that these five-star reviews, which are the most accurate reflection of our business, have continued to flood in and are very proud of the hard work that has gone into ensuring our customers’ experiences are consistently of a high standard.”
In the past four weeks alone, EYG has received over 30 five-star Google reviews across our five branches.
