Dear Terry, Firstly many apologies for the time it has taken to write to you. It does not seem two months since you visited us to advise mother and myself about replacing our ageing windows. Having ordered them in April and subsequently having them fitted in May. As you said the timing was spot on. I know my mother was not looking forward to the upheaval of having eight windows and our front door replaced. Your expertise and guidance were invaluable and we would like to thank you both and the surveyor, Geoff, for your help in setting everything in motion. When it came to May 9^th and the fitters Adrian and Adam arrived, we knew we were in very good hands. I must say I cannot praise them enough for their professional approach in looking after my mother during the four days they spent in our house. She was as you can imagine daunted by the prospect of the work, but she need not have worried. The workmanship and efficiency of both Adrian and Adam was fantastic. They took the time to clear any mess they created and our house looks twice the property it was before. The quality of the materials that were used is amazing and we believe the price we paid was excellent value for money. It is a pleasure to work with such a professional team in what can be a challenging and confusing market for customers.  With EYG the salesman arrives on time and was most helpful in guiding us as to what we needed. At no time did we feel pressurized. Later, the surveyor was again most courteous, and the craftsmen who installed the windows ensured they made no mess and cleaned up thoroughly at completion. All this for a highly competitive price. The windows fit and work perfectly. As you know, our house has many windows, but we are so pleased with the quality of workmanship all round from EYG, we now have placed a large order for the remaining second tranche of windows. Last week, two of your workmen installed windows and a door at my property; unfortunately I failed to obtain their names. I work full time and was very apprehensive about leaving a key with the men and leaving them alone in my house. However, the job was completed to a high standard, leaving me confident in their abilities. There was very little mess following the work and at the end of each day they left the house clean and tidy.
